ECS Academic Council

As the curriculum committee for the College of Engineering & Computer Science, the Academic Council is charged with acting for the ECS Faculty in academic and shared administrative responsibilities. Academic responsibilities include the planning, development, and approval of programs and courses as well as the setting and maintenance of the standards of instruction. Shared responsibilities include strategic planning and resource allocation.

The members of the Academic Council for AY 2016-2017 are:

Please note that all proposals must be submitted at least 1 week before a Council meeting in order to be considered at that meeting. Please plan accordingly. Use the email list serve: to submit electronic copies of course change proposals (and supporting documents).

All hard-copy course and program proposals should be submitted to the Dean's Office in accordance with the Council's procedures.
